Christine Raab has led COPURA GmbH since 2005. An economist and former managing director of two industry associations in the civilian drone sector, she combines technical market insight with extensive political and regulatory experience in Brussels and Munich.

Christine Raab
Christine Raab is the founder and Managing Director of COPURA GmbH, based in Ottobrunn. Since 2005, she has brought cutting-edge technology companies together with policymakers and regulators. Her current advisory work focuses on the intersection of drones and defence. Since 2026, her main focus has been market access: helping civilian drone companies enter the defence market and make use of European funding programmes. Previously, she spent seven years leading two industry associations in the civilian drone sector: the Drone Alliance Europe and the Alliance for New Mobility Europe. Before that, alongside her work at COPURA, she served for 12 years as founder and President of the European Security Round Table.
